Spa Etiquette and Policies
In order to guarantee an excellent experience for all of my guests, please observe the following Spa Etiquette and Policies.
Your appointments are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I request at least 24 hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
My scheduling software sends out a confirmation email message 3 days before your appointment and a text message reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. In the event that I do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, your card on file will be charged per the cancellation policy.
All my clients need to respect my policies so I can afford to do business. The Cancellation Policy allows me the time to fill any openings in my schedule and better serve all of my clients. Thank you for respecting this policy.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete the required paperwork. It's a good idea to be 5 minutes early for any subsequent appointments so we can start on time.
Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time so as not to inconvenience the appointments scheduled after you. Please understand that I cannot adjust service pricing for shortened service time due to late arrival.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a No Show, resulting in the appropriate charges.
Refunds and Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product you've purchased, it is returnable for credit or for another product, with receipt, within 14 days of purchase. Returned products must be returned at least 75% full.
All gift cards and pre-paid services are non-refundable, but are transferable.
You can text anytime. I will return your text between the hours 9 am to 9pm, Monday through Friday. If you are a new client, please identify yourself in the text.
You can use this form to ask questions about skin care, skin health and services. This is my preferred method of communication.
Please use Online Scheduling to book your appointments. If you don't see your preferred time available time on the Online Calendar, it means it has been taken by another client. If you need a specific day/time for your appointment or would like to be added to the waitlist, please send me that information via the contact form. Thanks!
Please silence your cell phone prior to the start of your treatment.
Children are allowed to accompany you during facial waxing appointments only. For any other appointments, please make arrangements for your children so that you and other clients are able to relax and enjoy their services.
Teens and tweens receiving treatments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire treatment (through age 17).
Radiant Skin and Body accepts Cash, Debit Card and Credit Card.
Personal checks will only be accepted from returning and regular clients. Any returned checks will be subject to a $25 return check fee.
If you are paying with cash, please have the correct amount with you, as I do not keep any change on the premises.
MIchigan State Sales Tax will be collected on all retail products.
Gratuities are entirely at your discretion and are not included in the price of my services, packages, or gift cards but often range from 15% to 20% in the Spa Industry.
Specials and Spa Promotions
Specials and Spa promotions cannot be used or combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
