You will be required to secure your appointment with a Credit Card. Your Credit Card will not be charged when you schedule your appointment. You can choose to use a different form of payment at the time of your appointment.
If you haven't received a text message or email soon (within 5 minutes) after scheduling your appointment, it may not have been scheduled properly. Check to see that you have pressed Complete/Confirm at the bottom of the scheduling page. If you have any issues please text me: 616-594-0296.
